I am currently virtually meeting with adults for individual sessions via telehealth. Prior to our first appointment, I offer a 20-minute telephone consultation at no-charge. This consultation will allow us to get a sense of one another to determine if I am the best person to work with you. If so, we will arrange a time that works for us both for regular sessions.
Initial individual therapy sessions are 90 minutes in duration. Subsequent regular weekly individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes in duration.

Psychological services are NOT covered by MSP. They may be covered in whole or in part by your employee health benefits or through other health insurance/extended health care coverage – please check with your plan provider to determine coverage.
Insurance/Health Benefits Information for California residents
I am currently an in-network provider for Aetna and United/Optum, but am not a provider for other insurance panels. Please check with your health plan provider to determine eligibility for out-of-network coverage, applicable deductibles and co-pays.
If you have insurance for which I am not a provider and you choose to work with me, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much therapeutic services will cost. Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers are required to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimated cost for medical items and services. Under this law, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” (GFE) explaining how much your expected medical care will cost of any non-emergency items or services. You can ask for a GFE before you decide to begin treatment and I will provide you with this estimate prior to the start of our first session.
